Photographer/Videographer
Role Description
Photographer/Videographer.
As an Aperture Photographer/Videographer, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and collaborating with clients to capture high-quality images and videos for marketing purposes as well as any additional ad ons such as, but not limited to, drone work (subject to CASA rules and regulations) floor plans or virtual tours. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistency in the Aperture Media House brand/photo/video style and delivering content/media on time.
Your day-to-day tasks will include;
Driving to different properties to conduct photo and video shoots
Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements
Collaborating with your team members to help where needed
Using different forms of cameras and computers to capture and upload media
Working with Real Estate agents, Vendors and tenants to ensure properties are shoot ready
Qualifications
High level of customer service
Experience in customer service roles
Experience in photography and videography
Driver’s licence
Registered, Insured and reliable Vehicle
Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and editing software such and photoshop
Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
Ability to capture high-quality images and videos in various settings
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent Time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

All equipment required will be provided to you.
Remuneration

Administration Officer.
We are looking for a proactive and professional Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our business. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for answering and responding to emails as well as phone calls while working closely with team members to provide seamless support with their calendars and more. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day tasks will include;
Serve as the first point of contact for the business via phone and email.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth communication and support across the business
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and organize business records, databases, and filing systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with general administrative duties to support the team and business operations
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
